How We Deliver Integrations

  • Discovery: We map your current data flows, system dependencies, and integration requirements. We identify data ownership, volume expectations, and error handling requirements before architecture design begins.
  • Design: We produce an integration architecture document covering: endpoint design, authentication mechanism, data transformation logic, error handling and retry strategy, monitoring and alerting approach. This is reviewed and approved before development begins.
  • Build: Development follows ServiceNow best practices: all integrations are scoped, all credentials are stored in ServiceNow Credentials (not hardcoded), and all outbound calls include proper error logging.
  • Test: We test in a development instance before production. Test coverage includes: happy-path scenarios, error and exception scenarios, volume/load scenarios, failure recovery testing.
  • Documentation & Handover: Every integration we deliver comes with a technical specification document, an operations runbook, and a troubleshooting guide. Your internal team should be able to maintain it without calling us for routine issues.
  • Post-Launch Monitoring: For the first 30 days after production cutover, we monitor integration logs and resolve any issues at no additional charge.
